I've been renting an apartment managed by Keystone Home Advisors for the past two years, and I must say, my experience has been exceptionally positive. From the initial leasing process to ongoing management, their professionalism and tenant care are top-notch.
I moved to Philly 4 years ago. When we first moved, it was under a different management company. I hated that company and the way they ran everything. Fast forward, Ashton became our tenant manager and she is a GODSEND!!!. If you have a choice please consider dealing with her. She is very thorough and understanding. She's s always nice and welcoming and always ready to help. If Ashton leaves, Im moving! DEAL WITH ASHTON!!!
I'm currently renting from them in Chester on a 3 year lease and I'm super grateful for such caring and understanding landlords. Whenever there's an issue they get it fixed usually within the same week. I don't get hassled if I'm a day late with rent. Definitely don't see myself moving any time soon.
